How to Vote for Your Favorite Fanfic

So you’ve just finished reading all nine fics and are ready to vote for your favorite? Here’s what to do:

Send a PM (private message) to Fic Secretary. In the Message Title include the title of your favorite fic. (That way the secretaries won’t have to open each PM to count the votes.) Remember, you can vote for only one story. (Yes, you can vote for yourself.)

You have until Monday, December 18, 2006 to view and vote. Please direct all questions regarding voting to Wolfie or debbiechan.

Once voting is closed, the secretaries will each check the mailbox and count the votes.

Once the winners have been determined, the secretaries will announce the first and second place winners. They will not announce the vote tally in general. If an artist/author wants to know how many votes they received, they can PM a secretary (Wolfie, debbiechan, Blue Siren).

Awarding of prizes

The prizes for this contest are doujinshi. The winners will be able to choose which one they want.

The winner with the most votes will get first choice, the next highest will get second choice, and so on. In the event of a tie, and the winners both choose the same doujinshi, the entry received first will get the first choice.
